Who doesn’t adore this seasons new style of lace up ballet flats? Yes we’ve done the pointed toe before & yes we’ve done the toe cleavage before I’m still doing it actually.
Now genius designer Edgardo Osorio has combined both & laced them up the ankle giving the humble ballet a sexy edge! I’ve managed to find a much less expensive alternative to Aquazzura that is true to the design & also beautifully made.
These lace up ballet flats are from U.S website Jessica Buurman.
To contrast them I’m wearing rolled up white skinny jeans from The White Company. Let me just say these are the most comfortable & flattering (is that an oxymoron?) jeans ever! I also have them in the beautiful dove grey colour they do. They are mid rise but don’t cut into me like some mid rise jeans or go baggy & gape at the back, they obviously have the elastane content exactly right! My linen leopard print top is actually a dress by Isabel Marant & with its black ribbed neck & cuffs, for me needs no accessories.
My make-up style is a natural every day look that’s very quick & easy to achieve click here to see my post for tutorial.

Terrific ! Elegant, yet you can actually walk and shop in them. I love high heels but they are not practicual. A very good choice. I always feel my summer shoes with my hands before trying them on in the shop as I have very sensitive feet. They swell in the heat and blister. Very annoying. So shoes need to be very very soft.

PS I think you are a very pretty lady.
